I don't eat at fast-food restaurants very often but today, I thought I'd stop by to order a Toonie Tuesday meal. Low and behold, I see a sign saying that the Tuesday Special is now $3. To me, this seems way too expensive, considering the chicken they give you looks like it was raised in Africa (barely any meat). So I order a Value Meal with some sort of a wrap for $5. I wait about 10 minutes for my food, then, finally, the woman at the front counter gives me my food on a tray. When she gave me my food, the tray was tipped towards one side (towards me) and my drink falls and spills all over my $200 coat and shoes. This is where it just gets ridiculous. After waiting for her to clean up the spill, I'm still standing at the front counter and she's helping other customers. Now, since its not my fault that the drink spilled, its only fair that I expect a refill and yes, I understand accidents do happen. So after standing there stupidly for a few minutes, she doesn't even come offer me any help, such as napkins or any wet towels. So I'm just furious and go sit down with my friend. After cleaning off my jacket and shoes in the washroom, I go back to the front counter to ask for a refill. The same lady who served me earlier gives me the worst attitude. When I sit down, I finally start eating. To my disappointment, the value meal box was only half-way full of food. The drumstick was like what I described their Toonie Tuesdays' chickens earlier and there were barely any fries. Honestly, the food and service I received wasn't even remotely near the price I paid. Now, those of you reading this may say that this only happened once. Well, I would've expected a staff member of a well-respected fast-food restaurant to have at least helped me after SHE spilled something on me, instead of myself having to approach her. That just shows utter carelessness and disregard for her customers.

Like honestly, I don't even know how that lady could've screwed up that bad. She didn't even put my tray down flat on the table, but rather just handed it to me. Well, its understandable that she looks like shes in her 40s-50s and still working at a fast-food restaurant..
